VE Day 80th Anniversary Event

Please do join us on Thursday for this really special event.  We will celebrate the fact World War 2 has been over for 80 years, we will reflect on the continued need for peace throughout the world, and we will spend some time sharing personal memories of those directly affected by World War 2.  We won't be glorifying war - instead we will be honouring all those who sacrificed their time, their homes, their jobs, and often their lives in the pursuit of freedom and peace.  After the event there will be a chance to chat together over some refreshments.  We look forward to seeing you there.
